It's has been more than a month since the last posting. Well it was indeed a busy month for our family and this posting is going to summarize all those happenings.
Episode 1 -Good News
Mimi is going to be promoted to "Jie Jie" in December this year. I found out that I was pregnant on 7th April. After a week of tiredness and nausea feeling in the morning, I decided to do a self-test and to my surprise I was indeed pregnant. This pregnancy really came unexpected and I had mixed feelings about it. No doubt I am happy and thank God for this baby but on the other hand I had a series of concern. My concern was that I might not be able to attend to Mimi's needs during these period. Being very closed to me. I don't know what will her respond be and how she will felt when she knows that she will not be the center of attention in the near future. I also concern about my job. I am new to the company and I had to go on maternity so soon. I also start thinking about the after care when the baby is born. What are the options open to me??? I guessed when things happen unexpectedly, there is a lot of ???
Well I hope God will show me His plan and I believed he will cos this is what the bible promised:
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, " plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you" declares the Lord..." Jeremiah 29:11-13
Episode 2 - A visit to Irin new house (8th April)
Since not working today, I decided to bring Mimi to Irin house. Her family just shifted into a 5 room flat in Hougang. It has also been a while we catch up with each other and the kids too.

Episode 3 - A night out to Laguna Country Club (9th April)
Vincent & Esther decided to give me & Vincent a belated birthday dinner treat at Laguna Country Club. We bought Mimi along even though she will not be eating because it's a Japanese cuisine. We had a good fellowship that night and Mimi enjoys running around the vicinity of the club.

Episode 4 - Mimi's New Writing Table (10th April)
I have been trying to find a good writing table for Mimi as she now starts to learn to scribble. I want her to have a good sitting posture rather than bending her back forward while sitting on the floor to do her coloring. Went through a couple of websites to search and gathers a few suggestions from friends. The one highly recommended was Little Tike's brand but due to space constrain, I was hesitant to commit. Than suddenly I remember that on Mimi 1st birthday, someone did gave a huge package that seems to be a kids table. I quickly went to the storeroom and looked for it. Bingo! Indeed it was a writing table. So we quickly assembled up the table and chair. Now Mimi has her own space to do her art work.

Episode 5 - Mystery Shopper (19th April)
We got this "lobang" from a friend to do a mystery survey for a food retailer. We are suppose to patronise the restaurant and do some food tasting and complete a survey to share our experience. To remain mysterious, only two photos are featured below.

Episode 6 - Mummy admitted to hospital (19th-23rd April)
I was admitted to Thomson hospital shortly after our mystery shopper night. There is sign of threaten abortion and I rushed myself into the hospital. My gynae was called up and came down to assess my condition. He did an ultrasound and thank God the baby's heartbeat was detected. He suggested that I need to be complete rest in bed at the hospital for 5 days. During these period I was not supposed to get out of the bed at all. Jabs were also given to stabilise my condition. So while I was hospitalised, Mimi went to grandma house for a short vocation.
Episode 7 - Model Of The Year (25th April)
I was back at home resting. My gynae told me that there was some blood clot in the womb and I was given a total of two weeks medical leave for me to rest at home. Since I can't be mobile and going anywhere, the only entertainment for me is Mimi's presence. I took out some of Mimi's new clothing's which I bought last time and dress her up for a catwalk. She did pretty well :)

Bye that's all for this season!!
Episode 8 - Changi Airport T3 (27th April)
Today I had to went for my jab again at the hospital. It's going to be my 3rd jab and couldn't describe the feeling on that vulnerable part of my body. :( After the jab, our family went to T3 to have our lunch. The main purpose is to bring Mimi to see aeroplanes. As you may know, Punggol area is one of the practise ground for military airplane so whenever they flew by, Mimi will always ran to the window and shout "airplane". But to our disappointment, when we reached the viewing mall, there was hardly any aeroplanes on the lane. Probably one to two in sight. I wonder was it because of the economy downturn that the SIA Airline had cut down the number of flights per day. After that we headed home as I began to feel tired.
